Product

How Tahaak fits into the sales call workflow.

What is Tahaak?

Tahaak is a sales call workspace for preparation, live execution, post-call analytics, and prospect memory. It turns company context, lead data, and team playbooks into a structured call plan, then keeps notes, transcripts, analytics, and memory tied to the same lead.

Who is Tahaak built for?

Tahaak is built for sales teams that run outbound, discovery, qualification, and follow-up calls. It is most useful for SDRs, BDRs, account executives, and sales managers who want repeatable call quality without forcing reps to work from static documents.

What is a call plan?

A call plan is a lead-specific workspace for a sales conversation. It includes positioning, discovery questions, likely objections, next steps, and contextual notes generated from your playbook and the prospect's available information.

Workflow

What happens before, during, and after a call.

How does call preparation work?

You define your company profile, ICP, pain points, objections, and reusable playbooks. For each scenario and lead, Tahaak combines that context into a personalized plan that is ready before the call starts.

What happens during the call?

The call plan stays open as a live workspace. Reps can navigate sections, take notes, keep the conversation structured, and use realtime guidance when it is enabled for the workspace.

What happens after the call?

Tahaak can process the transcript, summarize the conversation, extract next steps, analyze call quality, and update prospect memory so future calls start with better context.

Analytics & Memory

How the post-call layer works.

What counts as analytics usage?

Analytics usage is based on analyzed call minutes. It covers transcript processing, post-call analysis, call history, and memory updates where applicable.

How does prospect memory work?

Prospect memory stores useful context learned from calls, such as goals, objections, pain points, personalization signals, and next-best questions. The goal is to make the next call more prepared than the previous one.

How is Tahaak different from Gong or Chorus?

Gong and Chorus are primarily conversation intelligence platforms for recording and reviewing calls. Tahaak is focused on the rep workflow around the call: preparation before the conversation, structured execution during it, and memory-driven follow-up afterward.

Pricing

How seats, included minutes, and usage-based add-ons work.

How is Tahaak priced?

Tahaak starts with a base seat licence at $49 per active seat per month. Each seat includes the core workflow and 200 pooled post-call analytics minutes per month.

Are included analytics minutes per user or pooled?

Included analytics minutes are pooled across the workspace. Each active seat adds 200 minutes to the shared monthly pool, so teams can use the allowance where calls actually happen.

What happens when the included analytics pool is used?

Additional analytics minutes are billed as usage-based overage. Detailed rates are confirmed during onboarding and shown inside workspace billing, where admins can also track usage and set monthly guardrails.

Is realtime guidance included in the seat licence?

Realtime guidance is an optional usage-based add-on. The base seat includes preparation, analytics, memory, and workspace features; realtime guidance can be enabled for teams that want live cues during calls.
